In Ganja Medical College, according to the annual event plan, the exercise "Civil-defense on warning assembly with non-militarized civil-defense units" was held. During the exercise, an alarm signal was given and the personnel gathered in ranks.

     The event was attended by the Emergency Situations Commission and personnel, civil defense forces, non-militarized civil defense units (mangas). Sevda Abbasova, head of the Civil Defense Headquarters of the college, explained the collection and arrangement of manga. During the civil-defense exercise, each manga commander gave a speech about their functional duties and gave a report on the duties they should perform in case of emergencies.

    At the event, questions were answered about the initial rules of action during natural disasters, and the rules were repeated once again. Mehman Rzayev, the head of civil defense, who watched the exercise, advised the mangakas to be more active in their work, to always know their duties and to be responsible.
