The Nizami Ganjavi International Center held an event on "Reconstruction, peace and integration: Energy, economy, environment and capital" in Ganja city. The event was attended by the co-chairman of the Center Ismayil Serageldin, the head of the Ganja City Executive Authority Niyazi Bayramov, more than 30 former presidents, prime ministers of different countries and official guests, as well as the director of the Ganja Medical College Rzayev Mehman and the staff of doctors and teachers.

    Immediately after the meeting, they watched the literary and artistic composition "Khamsa" presented by the Ganja State Drama Theater in front of the Ganja State Philharmonic. The soloist of the Philharmonic Elmir Pishnamazzade performed works composed to the words of the genius poet, and the composition "Odlar yurdu" presented by the Goy-Gol Song and Dance Ensemble was received with great interest by the guests.

    After the artistic part, the official part of the meeting, which was held on the basis of research and promotion of the values of the legacy of the great Azerbaijani poet and thinker Nizami Ganjavi, after whom the Center is named, began.

    Niyazi Bayramov greeted the guests and gave extensive information about the history, culture and other areas of Ganja. The head of the city noted that the legacy of Nizami Ganjavi was always in the focus of attention of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev. President Ilham Aliyev also highly appreciates Nizami Ganjavi's creativity. The establishment of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center was brought to the attention of the participants of the event that it coincided with the 870th anniversary of the genius poet in accordance with the relevant Decree of the Honorable Mr. President.

    In his speech, Ismayil Serageld expressed his satisfaction when he was in Nizami's home. He said that the Center was established based on the ideas of the genius poet and emphasized that Nizami Ganjavi in his works advocated preferring peace rather than violence, being patient, fair, and happy societies. The speaking guests called Nizami Ganjavi's works, especially "Khamsa", the treasure of world literature.

    At the end of the event, mutual gifts were presented and a commemorative photo was taken.
