The event began with a minute's silence after the National Anthem of Azerbaijan was played, and the memory of our martyrs who died for the freedom and sovereignty of our country and the spirit of National leader Heydar Aliyev. Mehman Rzayev, director of Ganja Medical College, honored doctor, chairman of YAP regional first party organization, greeted the guests and congratulated Bayram Aslanov, who was recently elected chairman of YAP Ganja organization, and wished him success in his work.
