The Post-Diploma Training Department of Medical Workers and Pharmacists has been operating under the Ganja Medical College since 1982.

Mid-care workers working in both public and private health institutions are sent to the department to undergo an improvement course

The following courses are held in the improvement department:

- Paramedic

- Nurse

- Sanitary paramedic

- Obstetrics

- Pharmacy

Out-of-work paramedics with medical education apply to the improvement department to take "Professional training" courses

After completing the course, all participants are provided with a certificate
