Methodical work
The teaching-methodical cabinet operates with reference to the current regulations of the Ganja Medical College.
A methodical council was established under the cabinet. The composition of the methodical council consists of 14 people. The council consists of: Deputy director for educational affairs, chairmen of the methodist, subject unification commission and experienced teachers.
The methodical council determines the work plan of the cabinet and the implementation status of the work done, studies and defines the advanced pedagogical practice, makes suggestions for their dissemination, and discusses the drafts of the subject programs. Prepares appropriate recommendations for improving the quality of teaching. Organizes conferences and seminars dedicated to current pedagogical problems.
Tasks of the methodical cabinet
1. The teaching-methodical cabinet prepares teaching plans, subject programs, teaching-methodical literature, teaching methodology.
2. In order to increase the knowledge level of students, it prepares relevant proposals in order to improve the quality of teaching at all stages of education.
3. Learns, summarizes and disseminates advanced practice.
4. In order to improve the qualifications of teachers working in educational institutions, it systematically holds targeted seminars and conferences, and organizes their sending to courses.
Report of the Methodical Cabinet for the 2018-2019 academic year
Cabinets and laboratories for the new academic year were handed over to the methodical cabinet in a fully prepared state by the cabinet and department heads
Cabinets and laboratories were inspected by the methodist and it was noted that they are fully ready for the new school year. Cabinet and laboratory managers approved the work plans and handed them over to the methodical cabinet.
Calendar-subject plans for the 2018-2019 academic year were prepared and presented to teachers from the beginning of September.
The methodist of the college periodically participated in the classes in order to check the pedagogical activities of the teachers, the syllabus and subject-calendar plans were checked. The open classes held according to the schedule were conducted with the participation of young teachers using computers, smart-boards and projectors in accordance with the requirements of the day.
