"June 15 is a real liberation date for people who love their country and people. In 1993, at a time when Azerbaijan was facing the threat of disintegration and destruction, with the return to power of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, the chaos and arbitrariness reigning in the country came to an end. A genius has earned a very honorable name in our history as the savior of Azerbaijani statehood." These views were expressed by the director of the medical institution, Honored Doctor Mehman Rzayev at the conference called "Savior of our Independence" at Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health. According to him, national leader Heydar Aliyev's return to power on June 15, 1993 at the insistence of the people led to the opening of a new page in the history of Azerbaijan. The rescue mission of the Great Leader saved the country from destruction and disintegration. Stability was established in Azerbaijan, the people's confidence in the state was strengthened. As a result of the visionary policy of national leader Heydar Aliyev, Azerbaijan entered the path of rapid development in a short period of time.

 Then Mehpara Guliyeva, a doctor-teacher of the college who spoke on June 15, spoke about the prevention of civil war in Azerbaijan and the creation of political stability in our country by a genius. He emphasized that the celebration of the ideology of national liberation manifested itself in the continuous development of our independent republic and became the basis for further increasing the prestige of Azerbaijan in the world today.

 Other speakers who spoke also noted that the socio-economic and political development that took place in the country after the return to power of the great leader Heydar Aliyev played a decisive role in strengthening our state, joining the process of close integration with the civilized world, and building a modern society that ensures the strategic interests of our people.

 Then poems and artistic compositions were performed by students of the college.
