Abbasova made a speech and showed the non-military staff of the college videos about the creation of civil defense, gave information about fire extinguisher balloons and the rules of their use. Abbasova gave extensive information to the employees about the fact that the 80-ton fire extinguisher in the college is always ready against fire, and the water pump installed in the extinguisher.
The commander of the fire brigade, Tariyel Aliyev, made a speech and gave information about the water taps installed on the floors of the college, and visually demonstrated to the employees the working order of the water pump.
