The director of the college, Mehman Rzayev, informed the city manager about the laboratories and said that 829 students study in 7 specialties in 3 departments in Ganja medical college. Orthopedic stomatology, laboratory diagnostics and medical prevention specialties are new among these specialties, and modern laboratories have been created in order to increase the knowledge and skills of students in these fields and to raise the level of education. M. Rzayev also said that the new laboratories are equipped with the most modern techniques and equipment. Electron microscopes from Austria and various devices and apparatus from Japan are installed here. The director of the college noted that the Orthopedic Stomatology laboratory is a completely new laboratory, and the medical equipment can meet the most modern requirements, stressing that such a laboratory was implemented for the first time among the colleges in Ganja Medical College.
Mehman Rzayev gave extensive information to Mr. Niyazi Bayramova, the head of Ganja executive power, about other innovations planned in the near future in the educational institution. It was brought to the attention of the head of the city that a new gymnasium will soon be available to students and teachers in the college, which is being completely renovated. The most modern sports facilities and trainers will be installed here. Mehman Rzayev also emphasized that a modern student cafe-library will be built in Ganja Medical College in the near future. He said that it is planned to install high-speed internet with a fiber optic cable and install laptops, as well as to create the necessary conditions for students to spend their free time effectively, and for the first time, associations covering various types of art will be organized.
