Doctors-teachers of the Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted practical lessons at the next educational event of the Ganja Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

    On September 11, training sessions were held for the heads of the 2nd, 5th and 6th grades of secondary schools in the Goygol district covered by the Ganja Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The event organized for about 300 teachers in the culture house of Goygol region was attended by doctors and teachers of the Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

   The event began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and commemoration of national leader Heydar Aliyev and the memory of our martyrs who died for the integrity of our land with a minute of silence.

   Lieutenant-Colonel Bahayi Nasirov first spoke about the work that should be done in the direction of increasing attention to the preparation of the population for possible emergency situations and ensuring the constant training of civil defense units, including the importance of every citizen knowing the first aid that can be performed in emergency situations. Nasirov emphasized that the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the protection of the population, the goals and tasks of the civil defense, and the role of teachers in the promotion of civil defense are great. He gave a detailed explanation about the rules for using personal protective equipment during emergency situations and showed the correct rules of behavior at this time.

   Then, doctors-teachers of the Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Javahir Garayeva and Nigar Nabiyeva, gave information about Epileptic seizures, Poisoning, Electrocution, Trauma, Bleeding, Burns, CPR measures - Basic life support during First Aid and showed the participants all the processes visually on robots. have shown. The extensive explanation of our doctors aroused the full interest of the audience, and questions and answers were asked that interested them.
