Note 1: Studying on a paid basis;
became disabled during the defense of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Children of the citizens who died for the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan; those who went missing in connection with the military operation and were declared dead by the court;
Students under the age of 23 who have lost both parents, are deprived of parental care, or one parent has died and the other parent has a group I or II disability;
Persons with disabilities of the I and II degrees, as well as children under the age of 18 with limited health capabilities, must submit the original and notarized copies of the documents confirming the above-mentioned facts to the college.

To the attention of those who are exempted from tuition fees!
Applicants exempted from tuition fees should submit the following documents:
I. Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the status of displaced persons:
- Certificate-related;
- Photo (white background) 3×4 size – 5 pieces.
- A copy of the student's current year registered and notarized forced migration permit;
- Copy of identity card - 3 pieces;
- Copy of the certificate of initial military registration - 2 pieces;
II. Martyrs' family members and graduands:
- Certificate-related;
- Photo (white background) 3×4 size – 5 pieces;
- Copy of the certificate of initial military registration - 2 pieces;
- A copy of the marriage certificate of the martyr, approved by the notary;
- Copy of the death certificate of the deceased parent
- Copy of identity card - 3 pieces;
- Copy of the student's birth certificate - 2 pieces
- Copy of parents' marriage certificate - 2 copies
NOTE: Applicants under the age of 18 must obtain an independent permit from a member of the martyr's family, and the tuition fee is waived for those under the age of 23.
III. Descendants of citizens who were disabled during the defense of the territorial integrity, independence and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
- Certificate-related;
- Photo (white background) 3×4 size - 5 pieces;
- Copy of the student's birth certificate;
- Copy of identity card - 3 pieces;
- Copy of the certificate of initial military registration - 2 pieces;
- Certificate of disability certified by the notary (the reason for the disability must be as indicated above)
- Copy of parents' marriage certificate - 2 copies
III (a). Descendants of the citizens who died for the freedom, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, went missing in connection with the military operation and were declared dead by the court:
- Certificate-related;
- Photo (white background) 3×4 size - 5 pieces;
- Copy of the certificate of initial military registration - 2 pieces;
- Copy of the student's birth certificate;
- Copy of identity card - 3 copies;
- Copy of the death certificate with the cause (court decision on declaring the missing person dead)
- Copy of parents' marriage certificate - 2 copies
IV. Applicants who have lost both parents before the age of 18, or one parent has died, and the other parent is disabled group I and II:
- Certificate-related;
- Photo (white background) 3×4 size - 5 pieces;
- Copy of the student's birth certificate;
- Copy of identity card - 3 copies;
- Copy of the certificate of initial military registration - 2 pieces;
- Copy of the parent's death certificate;
- A copy of the parent's certificate of disability in the notary. It applies to persons under 23 years of age who are studying in full-time. This should happen before the child turns 18 years old.
Note: If the disability claims are not indefinite, they are released for the specified period.
