From February 10 to 14, the "Road to Success - Volunteering" project, funded by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was launched in Ganja. The goal of the project implemented under the leadership of Orkhan Ahmadov, the winner of the grant competition of the Foundation, is to contribute to increasing the knowledge and skills of the young people living and studying in Ganja to participate as volunteers in local and international projects. At the same time, in order to eliminate the problems faced by young people by the trainers, discussions were held in various fields and optimal ways of solving the problems were the main topic of discussion. Students of Ganja Medical College also took part in the event.

Orkhan Ahmadov gave the young people detailed information about the project and wished them success.

Then the trainer Huseynkhan Hajizadeh explained to the young people how to work with groups by talking extensively about topics such as "volunteering", "leadership", "teamwork".

Then the young people were divided into 5 groups of 10 people and received a link to the panels that talked about teamwork and etiquette rules. Within the framework of the project, the participants first presented their group work and made excursions to the history of Ganja. Young people who visited Ganja Castle Gates Museum of Archeology and Ethnography Monument Complex, Nizami Ganjavi Mausoleum, Museum of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, Ganja Khan Javad Khan's tomb got detailed information about the history of the city and enriched their historical knowledge by getting acquainted with the Historical Bottle House.

On the 4th day of the project, the participants were awarded with a certificate.
