A graduation ceremony was held at Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health, one of Azerbaijan's oldest educational institutions specializing in the training of mid-level healthcare professionals. During the 2025–2026 academic year, a total of 310 students graduated from the college in the specialties of Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Medical Prevention, Orthopedic Dentistry, and Laboratory Diagnostics.

Welcoming the graduates, the college's Director, Honored Doctor Mehman Rzayev, emphasized that the institution currently provides all the necessary conditions for high-quality medical education. He noted that the Azerbaijani state is carrying out purposeful reforms not only in the renovation and technical modernization of healthcare institutions but also in improving the professional qualifications of physicians and mid-level healthcare workers.

Later, the college's physician-instructors and graduates addressed the audience, reflecting on the past three years and recalling the challenges and achievements they shared while pursuing the honorable profession of medicine.

Following the speeches, honorary diplomas were presented to graduates who had distinguished themselves through academic excellence and active participation in the college's social life over the past three years. For the first time in the college's history, one student was awarded the title of "Honorary Graduate", while another received the title of "Graduate of the Year."

After the graduation ceremony, a Graduate Job Fair was organized at the Student House of Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health. More than ten public and private healthcare institutions from the western region of Azerbaijan participated in the event, which attracted significant interest from the graduates. The graduates had the opportunity to communicate directly with representatives of the participating medical institutions, learn about available job vacancies, and share their qualifications and personal information.

During the job fair, healthcare institutions operating in Ganja and the surrounding districts introduced both current and upcoming employment opportunities to the graduates. The event proved to be highly beneficial for this year's graduates in helping them find employment.

The celebration continued with musical performances and dance presentations by the college's students.
