Employees of the Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health and the Ganja Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations held an educational seminar on the topic of “First Aid” at the Ganja Medical College. The seminar was attended by the heads of the medical squads of the civil defense forces of the institutions of Ganja and surrounding regions.

Opening the event with an introductory speech, Civil Defense Staff Engineer of the Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health Sevda Abbasova noted the close cooperation between the college and the staff of the Ganja Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and emphasized that the lessons held by the college's medical teachers on the organization of first aid are always met with interest.

At the seminar, medical teachers Javahir Garayeva and Yegana Huseynova provided extensive information on first aid for bleeding, trauma, drowning, poisoning, drowning, snakebite, burns, epileptic seizures, electric shock and lightning, and bee stings. The topics aroused great interest of the audience, and the participants performed the assistance provided by the doctors on the robots. The questions of interest to the participants were answered.

The employees of the Ganja Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Major Rashad Abdullayev, and the seminar participants expressed their gratitude to the college administration and the doctor-teachers for the lessons.
