In Ganja Medical College, in accordance with the plan of civil defense measures for the 2023 academic year, a warning and assembly exercise of the civil defense forces was held on the topic "Activity of the civil defense forces of the demilitarized area during emergency situations on the warning assembly signal". The head of the Civil Defense headquarters, the director of the medical college, M. Rzayev, spoke at the event and spoke about the implementation of civil defense measures related to the organization of the protection of college employees during emergency situations, the improvement of the practical habits and training of the management bodies and management staff of the Ministry of Defense, fire extinguishing to the management staff and employees during emergencies, He spoke about the importance of inculcating practical skills in organizing and performing rescue and other emergency work. M. Rzayev added that today all preventive measures were taken to prevent the fire in time in the medical college, the wooden structures of the roofs were impregnated with a fire-resistant solution, and the entire building was equipped with a modern fire alarm system.

    After the speech, Captain Rashad Abdullayev, an employee of the Civil Defense Department of the Ganja Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES), said that the main purpose of the exercise was to fulfill the requirements of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Civil Defense", to check the compliance of the documents of the Civil Defense Forces with the requirements of the governing documents, communication and warning. checking the state of the system, checking the readiness of the Civil Defense Forces for warning and gathering during the performance of the tasks ahead during emergencies, checking the level of readiness for prompt response to emergency situations in accordance with the warning scheme of the Civil Defense Forces, checking the activity of the leadership of the Civil Defense Forces for warning gathering , emphasized the determination of the period of assembly of the Civil Defense Forces under the warning scheme in order to organize emergency rescue and other urgent works while eliminating the consequences of emergency incidents.

           After the Civil Defense exercise, the gathering of the personnel of the Civil Defense Forces in accordance with the report in the pre-determined area of the college was monitored according to the alarm signal given in the college, and the report of the commander-in-chief was heard.

According to the plan of the exercise, during the course of the exercise, the facility was inspected by the Civil Defense Forces, the list of personnel, the availability of the equipment assigned to the state, its working condition was checked, the rules of use were demonstrated, and the sequence of rescue and other urgent work during emergencies was specified. , functional tasks have been heard. In addition, the exercise participants were instructed to strictly observe safety rules during rescue and other emergency operations, and the assembly period of the Civil Defense Forces was determined according to the warning scheme.
