Ganja Medical College participated in the event on the occasion of "November 9 State Flag Day".

The event, which took place on the Flag Square, began with the singing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Later, the dear memory of our martyrs who died for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence.

It was noted that the State Flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a symbol of our national sovereignty and a source of pride. The flag, which is one of the most sacred symbols, is the proof of the nation's existence, the main indicator of its ability to claim an independent state. The tricolor flag, which is a relic of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, demonstrates the loyalty of our people to the ideology of freedom, national and moral values and universal ideals.

Deputy Parvin Karimzade spoke and said that our 3-color national flag was the first harbinger of our determination to fight, our desire for victory, our history of independence, and called us to holy battles for the Motherland. The flag of Azerbaijan, which declares the existence of our independent state to the whole world and flies in a row with the flags of more than 180 countries, today, thanks to the bravery of our victorious army, it waves majestically in every village and city of our country that was freed from occupation.

The presentation of the books "Patriotic War - Martyrs of Ganja" and "Victory Chronicle" took place at the event.
