In accordance with the plan of events, a Civil Defense event was held at the Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health on the topic of "Preliminary rules of conduct during emergencies" within the framework of the 100th anniversary of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played at the event, which consisted of two parts. The spirit of national leader Heydar Aliyev, martyrs who died for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was commemorated with a minute of silence.

       Opening the event with an introductory speech, the head of Civil Defense of the Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health, honored doctor Mehman Rzayev, spoke about the decisions taken by the great leader Heydar Aliyev in the field of Civil Defense, who played a great role in protecting the independence of our country. The head of the College's Civil Defense stressed that all personnel, as well as students, should always be ready for emergency situations.

Then Yadigar Badalov, head of Ganja City Executive Authority, leading expert of Ganja Civil Defense, Colonel-Lieutenant Rauf Abbasov, Head of Ganja Regional Center, Civil Defense Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and other employees of the center discussed the rules of initial behavior during emergency situations, the incident incident. they talked about the duties of the college's civil defense forces.

At the end, a short video dedicated to the organization of civil defense prepared at the college was shown.

In the second part of the event, a staged alarm was given to the college's civil defense team, and the personnel evacuation plan was demonstrated.

The event ended with the exhibition of rescue equipment.
