A meeting was held with students on volunteering and its promotion at Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health. Representatives of Ganja regional Easy Service Center No. 2, which operates under the State Agency for Citizen Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, also participated in the event. At the meeting, it was noted that volunteering activities are expanding in our country, and they talked about the work done to expand the activities of young people in this direction. It was emphasized that volunteering is a type of activity that is not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is considered to be socially useful and unprofitable in connection with the performance of work or the provision of services. The real development in the field of volunteering in Azerbaijan began after the return to power of the great leader Heydar Aliyev. Therefore, the noticeable rise of the volunteer movement is connected with the name of our National Leader. Since the first years of the genius leader's administration, cooperation between public and private sectors and civil society has been focused on for the purpose of comprehensive and sustainable development.
