
On September 30, the director of Ganja Medical College of the Ministry of Health, honored doctor Mehman Rzayev held a meeting with the students admitted to the college to receive medical education. In addition to students, doctors and teachers of the medical educational institution also participated in the event. At the meeting, Mehman Rzayev welcomed those who won the title of new student and wished them success in their studies and future educational careers. The director of the college emphasized that today our state has created fertile conditions for the development of healthcare and medical education:
"Our college, which has been operating for 93 years, has been renovated at a high level in recent years and equipped with modern equipment and technical means. As you know, students are currently being trained in 7 specialties. Currently, our students have opportunities to acquire medical knowledge in depth in laboratories with very high technical support. In our college, where the level of education has been increased with the strengthening of the material and technical base, there is a noticeable increase in the number of excellent and striking students compared to previous years. This makes us happy. In the future, we have developed a new action plan to further raise the level of education at Ganja Medical College. From the next academic year, we wish to further develop our college's international relations and improve our work in the direction of further increasing the knowledge and skills of our students. Today, it is gratifying that the voices of our graduates who have already graduated from our college come not only from Ganja, but also from all well-known medical institutions of Azerbaijan," added Mehman Rzayev.
Emphasizing that the material and technical base of the college has been completely modernized, the director added that today fertile conditions have been created in the college to master the secrets of medical education, to know the depths of medical science, and to learn the latest innovations using modern technologies. Electronic and traditional library, laboratories equipped with modern technologies and the latest model equipment, classrooms equipped with high-speed internet and electronic boards, experienced and specialized doctor-teacher team, rules and regulations created in the organization of classes and ensuring attendance of students as a professional medical worker will be the basis for its ripening.
The director also noted that one of the main tasks facing the college, the doctor-teacher team, and the students is to properly organize the training of future medical workers along with teaching:
"Today, in our college, the requirements are not only the depth of medical science, but also high culture and knowledge with the organization of special extracurricular activities for the inculcation of speech, communication, table, clothing, transportation, and other cultures with the participation of doctors and teachers through the lines of the youth organization. we want to train medical workers," said the head of the college.
Mehman Rzayev said that the college considers the future employment of knowledgeable and skilled graduates who graduated from the educational institution as a priority. The director said that a job fair for students will be organized at the college on the graduation day this year with the participation of employers operating in the region.
