 The employee of the Ganja Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergencies, lieutenant colonel Bahayi Nasirov, first of all, the work that should be done in the direction of increasing attention to the preparation of the population for possible emergency situations and ensuring the constant preparation of civil defense units, including the first medical care that every citizen can perform in emergency situations He talked about the importance of knowing how to help. Nasirov emphasized that the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the protection of the population, the goals and tasks of the civil defense, and the role of teachers in the promotion of civil defense are great. He gave a detailed explanation about the rules for using personal protective equipment during emergency situations and showed the correct rules of behavior at this time.
