A concert program was held on November 9 - National Flag Day, jointly organized by the Ganja City Executive Authority and the Ganja State Philharmonic named after F. Amirov. The event was attended by the head of Ganja City Executive Niyazi Bayramov, Turkish Consul General in Ganja Recep Oztop, Ganja city prosecutor Azad Garayev, deputy Parvin Karimzade, chairman of YAP Ganja city organization Bayram Aslanov, director of Ganja Medical College Mehman Rzayev, doctors - teaching staff, mayors, Heads of departments, enterprises and organizations participated.

First, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played. The dear memory of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence.

It was emphasized at the event that the third anniversary of our glorious Victory is being celebrated this year with the leadership of the Victorious Commander-in-Chief President Ilham Aliyev and the strength of our Valiant Army. Today, our Tricolor state symbol with its victory crest is flying in Karabakh, Eastern Zangezur, the main crown of Karabakh, Shusha, Khankendi, Khojaly, which are our ancient and eternal lands.

Later, the Ganja State Philharmonic named after F. Amirov performed a wide concert program dedicated to November 9 - State Flag Day. Interesting speeches from each other were received with great sympathy by the audience.
