On October 12, 2022, an event dedicated to "Ahmed Javad's 130th anniversary" was held at Ganja Medical College.

At the jubilee event dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the independence poet Ahmet Javad, the dear memory of the sons of the Motherland, who rose to martyrdom for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, was commemorated with a minute's silence.

Then the "National Anthem of Azerbaijan" was played, the words of which were written by Ahmet Javad, and the music of which belonged to the great Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli.

Mehman Rzayev, director of Ganja Medical College, who spoke at the event, talked about Ahmet Javad's life, literary creativity, and social and political activities.

The anniversary event continued with students' speeches and poems.

A group of students performed the song "Chirpynirdi, Kara Diniz".

In the end, a short video film was shown about the life, literary creativity, social and political activities of Ahmet Javad.
