On December 21, Ganja Medical College had an online meeting with the employees of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan. Department head Vugar Mammadov, employees Ilham Shukurov and Jamila Rzayeva participated in the online conference. The meeting was attended by the management of the college and all the staff of teachers and laboratory assistants.

The director of Ganja Medical College, honored doctor Mehman Rzayev, who opened the conference, spoke about the work done in the educational institution in recent years, the repair and technical equipment issues, the new laboratories created, the organization of their material and technical bases and the projects to be implemented in the near future. The head of the college spoke about the projects implemented in the field of international cooperation in recent years. M. Rzayev said that the Baku office of the World Health Organization and the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency had great support in matters of technical equipment of the newly created laboratories, along with the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan.

At the online conference held in the form of mutual discussions, the conversations were conducted around the tasks set by the Minister of Health of Azerbaijan, Mr. Teymur Musayev, in order to further raise the level of medical education.

Vugar Mammadov, head of the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan, noted that the work done and the conditions created at the Ganja Medical College are heart-warming. The official of the Ministry emphasized the importance of preparing a report on the work done and the projects planned in the near future and such discussions to get to know each other better.

Other participants also emphasized the importance of holding such meetings regularly in order to conduct such discussions and take practical steps towards solving important issues.
